Volume pricing is customized based on the scope and frequency of work. Partners typically save 10-20% compared to standard rates, with additional savings on recurring maintenance contracts. We will work out the specifics during your consultation.

Partners get priority emergency response. For urgent issues like burst pipes, electrical hazards, or security concerns, our goal is to have a technician on-site within 2-4 hours, 24/7. Non-emergency repairs are typically scheduled within 24-48 hours.

Yes. Every partner gets access to our project tracking system where you can view active work orders, review completed jobs with photo documentation, and access your full maintenance history. Your dedicated project manager also provides regular reports.

Our tiered referral program pays real estate agents 2-5% of the total project value for every client they refer. You start at Bronze tier (2%) and move up as your cumulative referral value grows. Rewards are paid after the project is completed and paid in full. You can choose payment by check or project credit. There is no minimum number of referrals required to get started, and we provide co-branded marketing materials, a referral tracking dashboard, and a dedicated project manager contact.

Referral rewards are processed once the referred project is completed and paid in full. We typically issue payment within 14 business days of project completion. For tax purposes, we will need a W9 on file if you choose payment by check, and we issue 1099 forms at year-end for total referral earnings over $600.
